I wanted more control over how I work and more room for life outside it. I also wanted the freedom to build a recruitment business in my own way: choose the assignments where I can make a useful difference, give each search proper attention and build relationships that last beyond one placement. That’s why I started Identis Partners.
When you work with Identis, you deal directly with me. I get into what the person needs to deliver, search and assess people against that brief, and explain why I think someone is worth meeting. I stay involved through interviews, checks and onboarding, and I want clients and candidates to feel they can have a straightforward conversation with me at every stage.
